The announcement was made today by Mr. Scott Bailey, the Founder of Harvest INFO. Joe has over two decades of online experience and has been involved with and led various web ventures in the past ten years. Prior to this appointment, Joe has served in a variety of positions with HarvestINFO from VP of both Operations and Systems Development to SVP of Strategic Partnerships and President.
